Leechers are the enemies in Don't Bleed. They are infected human beings who attack and attempt to eat the players. They are attracted to blood, which can be utilized tactically to distract them to certain locations or simply away from oneself. In essence, Leechers are zombies.
Players also have the option to play as the Leechers rather than as uninfected humans.
